All shipments will be sent out within 7 business days with the exception of pre-orders and when noted.

We are not responsible for any duties or fees that may be due to receive your package.

REFUNDS

We accept cancellations if the order has not yet been shipped.

Due to the customized nature of our products we do not offer refunds unless products are damaged and will require photos before replacing or returning any items.
